Rural Rise Community Empowerment Foundation (RuralRise) is a non profit in Namibia that helps rural communities grow stronger by supporting young people.
We give them leadership skills, hands on training, and guidance to start projects that benefit their communities. Through our "From the Ground Up" programs, we focus on building local talent and solutions created by the community itself. This helps rural youth start small businesses, improve local services, and play an active role in shaping their future.
The result is more jobs, stronger communities, and fewer people feeling forced to move to cities. Every donation goes straight into training young people, helping them develop their ideas, and turning those ideas into real projects that bring lasting change to rural areas.

"Absolutely incredible experience! I recommend ENTHUSIASTICALLY!!!! I had only 2 days left after my conference in Windhoek, Namibia and I wanted to see both Sossusvlei and Walvis Bay because of their unique and iconic landscapes. Everyone else told me it would be impossible because of the drive time to each. I had pretty much given up and decided to do it myself, before Yerome and his company, Get 2 Namibia Safaris, were recommended to me on the day before the visits were to commence. Despite contacting him last minute and the tight schedule, he worked various iterations with me until we landed on logistics that would allow me to see and enjoy both with minimum stress on me and within my budget!
He showed up very early to our agreed pickup location, prepared with amenities and refreshments over and beyond what we had agreed. He did the long drive to Sossusvlei. Upon arrival, he took me to various accommodation options until I found the one that was just the right fit. We took in the majesty of the Dunes Corridor and did the hike to Deadvlei. He served in every necessary capacity: driver, guide, photographer, travel companion! I kept changing plans to suit what my body could handle and he was extremely patient and flexible, making the necessary changes to accommodate. I decided to sleep-in the next morning resulting in us starting out to Walvis Bay later than we initially discussed, yet he still went out of his way to get me there on time to get the full experience of flamingos."
